Bass Chest

This storage chest boasts a carving of a Bass fish on its front panel. The Bass Chest is crafted from solid cherry with pine used as a secondary wood ~ it is the ultimate gift for holding all your expensive fishing supplies! The chest features traditional joinery with no nails or fasteners. The strongest joints known, dovetails, are used on each corner and on the chests elegant Chippendale feet. The lid trim is returned with true breadboard ends; this allows the lid to move with seasonal changes without causing warping. All hardware is solid brass with thick-machined hinges. Finally, the Bass Chest is finished with an aged cherry finish giving a high degree of beauty and protection.
